Mandarin- This is my folic acid intake, in addition, of course, I'm taking through my prenatal vitamins daily.
Surprisingly, I'm not craving any pastas, chocolates, or bread. Very unusual for me to eat loads upon loads of rice and my favorite ulam tocino.
But, all that has changed for now when i was in KL. My body is telling me or perhaps the baby in utero are telling me that salads are yummy delicious,peanuts,cashew nuts, mat-cha (chinese drinks,steam boat or shabu-shabu,durian and i can eat 2-3 kilos of logan fruit a day. hehehe
